All KH EMSS providers requesting a Letter of Good Standing (LOG) shall do so by emailing the EMS System Coordinator.  The requesting provider shall include the targeted EMS system who shall receive the LOG. Additionally please note if you will remain in KH's EMSS and at what level (primary or secondary). No letter will be given directly to the EMS provider, rather, it will be sent to the Resource System.
